🔹 Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Draftsman / AutoCAD Engineer with expertise in construction drawings, quantity estimation, and billing processes. The candidate should be capable of preparing accurate AutoCAD drawings, coordinating with site/project teams, and handling billing documentation efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare & modify architectural/civil construction drawings using AutoCAD

• Develop shop drawings, layout plans & as-built drawings

• Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors & site teams

• Prepare BOQ & quantity estimations

• Handle contractor billing, client billing & measurement sheets

• Verify site measurements & maintain project documentation

• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications & standards

Required Skills

• AutoCAD drafting expertise

• Knowledge of civil/construction drawings

• BOQ preparation & rate analysis

• Billing & quantity calculation experience

• Good communication & coordination skills

• MS Office knowledge preferred

Eligibility

Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Draftsmanship, or related field. Experience in residential/commercial projects preferred.

• It is a Full Time Architect / Interior Designer job for candidates with 4 - 6+ years Experience.
