Job Description

Prepare high quality, innovative and functional design
Go on site visits to meet clients
Source raw materials and products

 Should be able to apply online applications like CLU, NOC, etc.
 Should be able to prepare offline files for RERA, License, Building Plan, Demarcation etc.
 Site surveys/field operations with Officers.
 Prepare plans for agency submittal and review for fire scheme/NOC, building plan, occupation certificate.
 Assist in permit applications for transmittal to agencies.
 To incorporate specifications into technical drawings and plans.
 Review drawings, contracts, plans, and specifications for customer accuracy.
 Coordination with required engineers etc. for proper technical drawings.
 Checking land ownership record.
 Update of land ownership records
 Preparing land shajra.
 Should be well versed with documentation and procedures related to land ownership and records.
 Should be well aware of rules related to same.
 Ability to maintain records and prepare comprehensive data.
 Should be able to effectively communicate
 Field visits regarding land inventory and demand query
