Job Description:

Core Ocean Solutions LLP is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Draftsman with 2 to 4 years of experience. The ideal candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD and capable of preparing accurate civil and architectural drawings for various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare 2D and 3D civil and structural drawings using AutoCAD and other drafting tools.

• Create layouts, plans, sections, elevations, and detailed working drawings.

• Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure drawings meet project specifications.

• Revise drawings based on site conditions and engineering instructions.

• Assist in preparing quantity estimates and BOQs from drawings.

• Ensure all drafting work complies with industry standards and local regulations.

• Maintain drawing logs and proper documentation for ongoing projects.
  

Required Skills:

• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office

• Strong understanding of civil engineering plans, layouts, and detailing

• Knowledge of construction practices and building codes

• Accuracy and attention to detail in drafting

• Good communication and teamwork skills
  

Educational Qualification:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or ITI Draftsman (Civil)
  

Salary: As per industry standards
