• Drawing Study

• Inspection the quality control

• BOQ & Estimation studies

• Vendor Bill verification

• Day to day management of the site including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any sub contractors

•Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specification.

•Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise

•Utility project site visit and preparing the snag list

•Strong Interior & Exterior Knowledge

•Daily & weekly vendor meeting attending

•strong plumbing & electrical process knowledge
