Key Responsibilities:
Plan and design land layouts including roads, plots, drainage, and utilities.
Prepare detailed drawings using AutoCAD and other design software.
Coordinate land surveys, site measurements, and soil testing.
Oversee site development activities such as road work, excavation, leveling, and drainage systems.
Ensure project execution as per approved layout plans and government norms.
Liaise with local authorities for approvals (DTCP, BDA, BBMP, etc.).
Monitor contractor work, quality control, and material usage.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and site resources.
Ensure proper stormwater drainage, sewage systems, and water supply planning.
Conduct regular site inspections and resolve on-site technical issues.
Maintain project documentation and reports.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
2–5 years of experience in layout development / land development projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and basic design tools.
Knowledge of local development regulations and approval processes.
Experience in handling site execution and contractors.
