Job Title: Diploma Civil Engineer

Job Overview

We are looking for a competent and dedicated Diploma Civil Engineer to manage and support end-to-end civil construction activities at site. The candidate should have sound technical knowledge of civil works and the ability to handle site execution independently while ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of work.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute day-to-day civil construction activities at site

• Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and standards

• Handle RCC works, brickwork, plastering, finishing and other civil activities

• Take site measurements and assist in quantity estimation & billing

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labour teams

• Monitor material usage and site requirements

• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation

• Ensure adherence to quality control and safety norms

Qualification

• Diploma in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)

Experience

• 0–3 years

• Freshers with strong site knowledge may also apply

• Experienced candidates will be given preference

Skills & Competencies

• Practical knowledge of site execution

• Ability to read and understand civil drawings / AutoCAD layouts

• Basic knowledge of measurement, billing, and estimation

• Good coordination and labour-handling skills

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, reporting)

• Site based (as per project requirement)
