About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager with strong experience in generating business leads for interior turnkey projects (civil). The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base, building strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities in interior turnkey & civil fit-out projects
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and PMC companies
Actively participate in lead generation through networking, site visits, references, and market research
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and commercial bids
Coordinate with estimation, design, and project teams for project feasibility and execution planning
Track market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects in Pune and nearby regions
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets
Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports
Key Requirements
7–15 years of experience in business development/sales in interior turnkey or civil construction projects
Strong network with developers, architects, and corporate clients
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating leads
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Good understanding of interior fit-out execution, costing, and contracts
Ability to work independently and drive business growth
Preferred Skills
Experience working with PMC/Construction/Interior Fit-out companies
Knowledge of tendering and commercial processes
Strong client handling and relationship management skills
