CAD Jewellery Designer – Job Description

We are looking for a talented CAD Jewellery Designer to join our team at YJP Jewels to create innovative and production-ready jewellery designs. The role involves designing 2D and 3D jewellery models, preparing manufacturing files, modifying designs as per customer requirements, and collaborating with the production team to ensure high-quality output. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 along with opportunities to work on premium jewellery collections and custom designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create accurate 2D and 3D CAD models for gold, diamond, silver, and platinum jewellery.

• Develop innovative and production-ready jewellery designs based on client requirements and market trends.

• Prepare CAD files for manufacturing, casting, and 3D printing.

• Modify and optimize existing jewellery designs as per customer feedback.

• Coordinate with the production team to ensure designs are technically feasible.

• Maintain design accuracy, measurements, and gemstone settings.

• Ensure timely completion of assigned design projects while maintaining quality standards.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10th Pass (Diploma/Certification in Jewellery Design or CAD Design preferred).

• 3–6+ years of experience as a CAD Jewellery Designer.

• Proficiency in MatrixGold, Rhino, JewelCAD, AutoCAD, or similar jewellery CAD software.

• Strong understanding of jewellery manufacturing processes, gemstone settings, and casting techniques.

• Good knowledge of gold, diamond, silver, and platinum jewellery design.

• Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

• It is a Full Time Architect / Interior Designer job for candidates with 3 - 6+ years Experience.
