📌 Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and modify civil drawings required for MEPF layouts (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting).

• Drafting of plans, sections, elevations, and coordination drawings in AutoCAD.

• Ensure accurate dimensions and details for MEP integration.

• Update revisions as per design team instructions.

• Work closely with Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Firefighting engineers.

• Provide civil inputs required for MEP design (slab openings, trench details, shaft details, levels).

• Assist in preparing coordinated MEPF drawings with civil architectural drawings.

• Visit site to verify measurements, levels, and alignment.

• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and supervisors.

• Ensure that civil requirements for MEP work are prepared as per drawing.

• Maintain drawing records, revisions, and documentation.

• Prepare technical reports when required.

• Support the team in BOQ preparation and basic quantity checks.
