AutoCAD Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Drafting: Develop 2D layouts, 3D models, schematics, and detailed drawings for various components (buildings, machines, parts).

• Collaboration: Work with architects, engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve design issues.

• Specification Implementation: Translate hand sketches, verbal instructions, and design specifications into accurate CAD files.

• Quality Control: Ensure designs meet industry standards, safety regulations, and client expectations, checking for dimensional accuracy.

• Documentation: Manage and update drawing files, project documentation, and revision histories.

• Revision & Problem Solving: Modify designs based on feedback and identify solutions for design challenges.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD software.

• Strong understanding of technical drawing principles.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to interpret and implement complex specifications.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.
