AutoCAD Designer

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Design & Estimation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing HVAC systems, preparing accurate cost estimates, and ensuring systems meet performance standards and client requirements for residential, commercial, or industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform heat load calculations using software like HAP, Hourly Analysis Program, or Manual J.

• Design and layout HVAC systems including VRF/VRV, Split AC, Cassette Units, Chillers, AHUs, and ductable systems.

• Prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and cost estimation for tenders and projects.

• Interpret drawings, blueprints, and specifications to develop project plans.

• Select appropriate equipment based on capacity, performance, and cost.

• Coordinate with vendors for pricing, technical specs, and lead times.

• Ensure HVAC system design complies with ASHRAE, ISHRAE, and local building codes.

• Prepare technical submittals, shop drawings, and compliance sheets.

• Assist in site surveys and provide technical support to project teams during execution.
