Design Engineer – Cleanroom & HVAC
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare HVAC and Cleanroom system designs in compliance with ISO 14644, GMP, and project specifications.
Perform heat load calculations, air change rate (ACH) calculations, and pressure differential analysis.
Design and size AHUs, FCUs, Chillers, VRF systems, ducting, piping, and cleanroom panels.
Develop cleanroom layout drawings, airflow patterns, zoning, and contamination control strategies.
Prepare shop drawings, GA drawings, and detailed HVAC layouts using AutoCAD / Revit.
Select appropriate HVAC equipment, filters (Pre-filter, Fine filter, HEPA), diffusers, and return air systems.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, civil, electrical, and automation teams for design integration.
Ensure compliance with energy efficiency standards and local statutory requirements.
Support installation, testing, commissioning, and validation activities.
Review and respond to technical submittals, RFIs, and design changes during project execution.
Estimate Engineer – Cleanroom & HVAC
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare detailed cost estimates for cleanroom and HVAC projects based on drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
Perform quantity take-offs for HVAC equipment, ducting, piping, insulation, cleanroom panels, and accessories.
Analyze tender documents, technical specifications, and commercial terms.
Obtain and evaluate vendor quotations for equipment and materials.
Prepare BOQs, cost breakups, and price comparison statements.
Support tender submissions, including technical and commercial clarifications.
Coordinate with the design team to ensure estimation accuracy and scope clarity.
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising system performance or compliance.
Prepare variation estimates for additional or revised works.
Assist project and finance teams in budget planning and cost control.
