Job Description

We are looking for a skilled AutoCAD Design Engineer / Draftsman to join our engineering team. The candidate will be responsible for creating and modifying 2D and 3D mechanical drawings related to industrial chillers, cooling systems, and fabrication equipment.You will work closely with production and R&D teams to develop detailed designs and ensure all drawings meet quality and manufacturing standards.---🔧 Key Responsibilities:📐 Prepare 2D & 3D AutoCAD drawings for chillers, condensers, tanks, and other refrigeration equipment.🏗️ Create assembly, fabrication, and layout drawings based on project requirements.🧩 Coordinate with engineers to make design modifications and improvements.🗂️ Review and update existing CAD files whenever design changes are made.🧾 Assist in preparing Bill of Materials (BOM) and technical documentation.🏭 Support the production team during prototype and final equipment fabrication.✅ Ensure all drawings follow company and industry standards.---🎓 Requirements:🎓 Diploma / B.Tech / ITI in Mechanical Engineering or related field.💻 Proficient in AutoCAD (2D & 3D) — SolidWorks or similar CAD software is an advantage.⚙️ Strong understanding of fabrication, sheet metal design, and refrigeration system components.📘 Ability to read and interpret mechanical and P&ID drawings.💬 Good communication and teamwork skills.📅 Experience: 1–3 years in a manufacturing or refrigeration industry preferred.
