Job Description:
We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to handle quantity calculations, BOQ preparation, cost estimation and quotations for architectural and construction projects. The candidate should be comfortable reading drawings, working with measurements and preparing estimates using MS Excel.
Key Responsibilities
-Study architectural drawings, BOQs and project specifications.
-Calculate quantities and measurements from drawings.
-Prepare and verify Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
-Prepare project cost estimates based on material, labour and other expenses.
-Prepare quotations as per company formats and pricing guidelines.
-Coordinate with the production and site teams to obtain necessary information for estimation.
-Review drawings and BOQs to identify missing details or discrepancies.
-Revise estimates and quotations based on changes in drawings, quantities or project requirements.
-Maintain organised records of enquiries, BOQs, estimates and quotations.
-Track quotations and coordinate with the sales team for necessary updates.
