AutoCAD Designer

We are looking for a highly skilled AutoCAD Designer/CAD Draftsman with experience in manufacturing industry preferably Aerospace industry to develop precise technical drawings, 2D layouts, and 3D models for aerospace components, assemblies, and tooling. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure all designs meet aerospace standards and manufacturing requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and modify 2D and 3D CAD drawings for aerospace parts, sub-assemblies, and tooling using AutoCAD (and related CAD software as needed).

• Develop detailed engineering drawings, including dimensions, tolerances, GD&T, material specifications, BOMs, and revision notes.

• Support design of jigs, fixtures, and manufacturing tools used in aerospace production.

• Interpret aerospace engineering sketches, models, blueprints, and technical specifications.

• Collaborate with manufacturing engineers to ensure designs are feasible, cost-effective, and compliant with aerospace standards.

• Ensure all drawings comply with AS9100, ISO, and customer-specific aerospace standards.

• Participate in design reviews and assist in resolving engineering or manufacturing issues.

• Support quality and inspection teams with drawing clarification, tolerance explanations, and measurement references
