AutoCAD Designer

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Designer – Façade & Windows to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the design and detailing of façade and window systems for commercial, residential, and/or mixed-use developments. You’ll be responsible for delivering innovative, cost-effective, and technically sound solutions from concept through to construction.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Lead the design development of façade and window systems, including curtain walls, cladding, and bespoke glazing systems.

·         Produce detailed design drawings, 3D models, and technical documentation in line with project requirements and standards.

·         Collaborate closely with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure integration and buildability.

·         Review and coordinate shop drawings, material samples, and mock-ups.

·         Conduct site visits to support installation, quality control, and resolve on-site design challenges.

·         Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, thermal performance, and sustainability standards.

·         Mentor junior designers and support internal design reviews.

·         Stay updated on material innovations, system technologies, and industry trends.
