Required Skills • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD 2D. • Good understanding of commercial interiors and workplace planning. • Ability to take accurate site measurements and translate them into CAD drawings. • Strong understanding of BOQ preparation and quantity take-offs. • Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings. • Understanding of commercial office construction and interior fit-out. • Knowledge of partitions, ceilings, flooring, furniture, electrical, HVAC, and other interior works. • Strong attention to detail and drawing accuracy. • Good coordination skills with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal project teams. • Ability to manage multiple drawings, revisions, and projects within timelines. Preferred Skills • Experience in co-working, managed office, commercial office, corporate workplace, or commercial interior projects. • Working knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, BIM, or other design software. • Experience in preparing BOQs and coordinating with vendors/contractors. • Exposure to project estimation and cost-control activities. • Experience with site execution and project handover. • Knowledge of applicable building, fire-safety, accessibility, and workplace standards.
