Key Responsibilities:
Design:
Develop layouts, and assembly drawings using SolidWorks.
Technical Drawings:
Create detailed engineering drawings and specifications using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
Design Optimization:
Troubleshoot design issues, optimize designs for manufacturability, and ensure they meet industry standards.
Collaboration:
Work with cross-functional teams, including production, sales, and site teams, to execute projects.
Documentation:
Develop technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
Quality Control:
Conduct quality control checks on designed parts and assemblies to ensure accuracy and precision.
Problem Solving:
Identify and analyze complex design problems, conducting root-cause failure analyses, and anticipating production issues.
Required Skills:
SolidWorks Proficiency: Advanced knowledge and experience in using SolidWorks software and design.
AutoCAD Proficiency: Strong skills in AutoCAD for creating technical drawings.
Engineering Principles: A solid understanding of engineering principles and materials.
