Solutions Design Process:

• To gather data collection and verification of assigned project

• To discuss designed solutions with SD head, LE Head, operation team and BD team before submission

• To generate and update documents for knowledge management based on individual experience of BD and projects completed.

• To innovate and improve in working practices facilitating to the development of the team methodology

• To promote the best practice with peer manner and team attitude. For example, development of resource planning, development of Knowledge Management

• To act as the internal focal point for access to Logistics Solutions expertise.

• To ensure that all recommended solutions, implementation plans, meet the requirements

• To report on agreed format on monthly basis, information required for development team meetings

• Develop effective customer presentation of the appropriate solutions as part of the pursuit teams

• To develop a database of Property, MHE, Costs, and all other information used in developing Solution

• Knowledge of warehousing, transportation, and broader supply chain topics

• Strong Knowledge of the Logistics Business

• Advanced Computer Proficiency

• Know-how of process flow diagrams, time & motion studies

• Strong analytical skills
