Key Responsibilities
Read and understand mechanical drawings, dimensions, and specifications.
Support production and manufacturing activities.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchase, and Maintenance teams.
Monitor production processes and ensure work is carried out as per specifications.
Assist in preparing production reports, inspection reports, and other technical documents.
Perform basic calculations related to dimensions, materials, weight, and production requirements.
Assist in troubleshooting mechanical and production-related problems.
Ensure proper use of measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.
Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.
Assist in maintaining machine, tooling, and production records.
Participate in process improvement and productivity enhancement activities.
Support preventive maintenance and basic machine-related activities when required.
Required Skills
Good knowledge of Mechanical Engineering fundamentals.
Knowledge of Engineering Drawing and GD&T is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes such as CNC, VMC, machining, fabrication, etc.
Knowledge of measuring instruments and inspection methods.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.
Preferred Knowledge
AutoCAD / SolidWorks or other CAD software.
CNC/VMC machining knowledge.
Production planning and control.
Quality inspection and documentation.
Basic knowledge of ISO / quality systems.
Eligibility
B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates with 0–2 years of relevant manufacturing experience may also apply.
