Job Description

We are looking for a Real Estate Autocad designer to join our team at Avenew Realcon Private Limited to design and execute functional, aesthetic and budget-friendly spaces. The role involves planning layouts, selecting materials, overseeing construction work and coordinating with vendors and clients. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 and opportunities to work on creative design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare 2D AutoCAD drawings for residential housing projects
· Develop architectural, structural, and layout drawings as per approved designs
· Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings
· Modify and update drawings based on site conditions and client/architect feedback
· Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, and site teams
· Prepare as-built drawings after project completion
· Ensure drawings comply with local building by-laws, NBC norms, and authority requirements
· Support planning and execution teams with accurate technical drawings
· Maintain proper documentation and version control of drawings.

Job Requirements:

· Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering / Architectural Drafting / Relevant Field

· Strong command over AutoCAD (2D mandatory)

· Minimum 3–5 years of experience in housing / residential construction projects

· Sound knowledge of building construction methods and materials

· Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings

· Good understanding of site execution drawings
