Job Description:

We are seeking a talented AutoCAD Designer (2D/3D) with proficiency in basic Excel to support our design and documentation needs. The candidate will work on workspace design projects, creating accurate CAD drawings and managing project-related data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and modify 2D and 3D AutoCAD drawings for workspace furniture, acoustic pods, and interior layouts.

• Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.

• Maintain project-related data and documentation using Microsoft Excel (BOMs, BOQs, material lists, cost sheets).

• Assist in project planning, layout finalization, and presentation materials.

• Ensure all drawings and data comply with UBALPINE standards and client requirements.

• Support senior designers and project managers with design iterations and revisions.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficient in AutoCAD 2D & 3D.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (tables, formulas, charts).

• Understanding of design drawings, measurements, and technical specifications.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Good communication skills for team collaboration and client interactions.

Preferred (Optional):

• Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or other design software.

• Experience in workspace, interior, or furniture design.

• Familiarity with BOQ preparation and quantity estimation.

• It is a Full Time Architect / Interior Designer job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
