Create, modify, and update AutoCAD drawings for HVAC layouts, ducting, piping, and equipment placement based on project specifications
Conduct site visits to take measurements, verify existing conditions, and validate as-built data against drawings
Incorporate site survey findings and engineer/client feedback into revised drawing versions
Prepare layout plans, sections, elevations, and schematic diagrams for VRF, ducted, and package unit systems
Maintain drawing version control, naming conventions, and organized project files
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and technicians to ensure drawings reflect actual site requirements
Support preparation of tender/bid drawings and documentation as needed
Ensure drawings comply with relevant HVAC design standards and client/project specifications
Flag design or site discrepancies to the engineering team in a timely manner
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent drafting certification)
Proven experience with AutoCAD (2D drafting required; 3D/Revit MEP a plus)
Prior experience in HVAC, MEP, or related building services drafting preferred
Willingness and ability to travel for site visits across Delhi NCR
Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret site conditions accurately
Good communication skills to coordinate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Basic understanding of HVAC systems (ducting, piping, VRF/VRV, package units) is an advantage
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with Zoho or similar project/asset management tools
Ability to read and interpret mechanical/electrical drawings from consultants or clients
Experience preparing drawings for tender submissions
