Key Responsibilities

Production Planning: Organize daily/weekly schedules to meet production quotas and delivery timelines.
Team Management: Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate production staff while fostering a positive, safe work environment.
Quality Control: Enforce company standards, verify production output meets specifications, and address defective products.
Equipment Maintenance: Monitor machinery, coordinate repairs with maintenance staff, and minimize downtime.
Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks, reduce waste, and implement continuous improvement initiatives (like Lean/Six Sigma).
Reporting: Compile and present data on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), resource allocation, and progress to senior management
