Key Responsibilities

Production Planning: Organize daily/weekly workflows, assign tasks, and adjust production schedules to meet delivery deadlines and company targets. [1, 2]
Quality Control: Monitor production processes to ensure goods meet strict company standards, resolving any product defects or operational bottlenecks. [1, 2]
Team Management: Hire, train, and coach production staff. Evaluate employee performance, conduct disciplinary actions, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. [1, 2, 3, 5]
Health & Safety: Enforce safety protocols, ensure Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is used, and maintain a safe, audit-ready work environment. [1, 2]
Equipment Maintenance: Schedule routine machinery maintenance and coordinate with the maintenance team to troubleshoot breakdowns and minimize downtime. [1, 2]
Reporting: Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), maintain accurate production records, and report daily progress to the Production Manager. [1, 2]
