Job Description

• Candidate should have good understanding of architectural plans, sections and elevations.

• Candidate should be able to read and understand English.

• Candidate should be able to work under pressure.

• Selected candidate will be trained on estimation software and estimating methodology.

• We offer flexible work timings.

• Selected candidate will be on probation for 6 months and performance will be reviewed after every 6 months.

Job Responsibilities

• Quantity estimation of various trades of projects of overseas clients.

• Review proposal specifications, plans etc. to determine scope of work and required contents of estimate,view schedules of projects being estimated.

• Quantity Estimation of architectural trades (roofing, flooring. Paint, insulation, Windows, lighting fixtures) of for contractors based in USA, Canada and Australia.

• Consult with clients to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues

• Review addendums of projects already done and make changes to the estimate accordingly.
