Architect

Xtord Designs is an innovative architectural and interior firm focused on delivering creative, functional and experiential spaces. We specialise in hospitality, commercial and residential projects, with a growing portfolio of cafes, restaurants, hotels and boutique spaces. We are seeking a skilled Architect / Interior Designer who is passionate about design, detailing and visualisation, especially in hospitality and restaurant interiors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative design concepts, space planning and layout options aligned with project vision and brand identity.

• Work on all project stages — concept, presentations, 3D visualisation, working drawings, material selection and site coordination.

• Prepare detailed construction drawings, working sets and execution documentation.

• Collaborate with clients, vendors and contractors to ensure design intent and quality standards are maintained.

• Conduct market research for materials, finishes and furniture relevant to hospitality interiors.

• Deliver realistic 3D renders and walkthroughs to communicate design intent clearly.

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality and timelines.

Required Skills & Software Expertise

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion and Photoshop (mandatory).

• Knowledge of V-Ray / Enscape / Revit is a plus.

• Strong understanding of materials, lighting, colour theory and experience-focused design.

• Strong visualisation, presentation and detailing skills.

• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines independently.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 1–5 years of relevant professional experience in architectural or interior design.

• Experience working in hospitality, restaurant, café, or themed spaces is highly preferred.

• Creativity paired with practicality, problem-solving mindset and on-site understanding.

• Strong communication skills and a willingness to collaborate and innovate.
