Job Description

Xtord Designs is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong design sensibility, technical knowledge, and the ability to handle projects from concept to execution. Candidates with experience in hospitality, commercial, and residential projects will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and presentation drawings.
Prepare detailed working drawings and execution drawings.
Create high-quality 3D models, renders, and visual presentations.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and site teams.
Conduct site visits and monitor project progress.
Assist in material selection and design detailing.
Ensure project timelines and quality standards are maintained.

Required Skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Photoshop is a must.
Strong visualisation and presentation skills.
Good understanding of space planning, materials, and detailing.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively.
Knowledge of V-Ray, Enscape, or Revit will be an added advantage.

Eligibility

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
Minimum 1–5 years of relevant professional experience.
