Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, space planning, materials, and furnishings, with the ability to translate client needs into functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces. You will work on residential, commercial, or hospitality projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to understand their design requirements, preferences, and budget.

• Create detailed design concepts, mood boards, and presentations.

• Develop 2D and 3D design plans using CAD and other design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite).

• Select furniture, materials, lighting, and finishes in line with the design concept and budget.

• Prepare cost estimates and project timelines.

• Coordinate with contractors, architects, vendors, and suppliers.

• Conduct site visits to ensure project progress aligns with design specifications.

• Manage design revisions and address any client or project concerns.

• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and design innovations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

• 0–1 years of professional experience in interior design.

• Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Strong project management and organizational skills.

• Excellent visual awareness and an eye for detail.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in [residential/commercial/hospitality] design.

• LEED certification or knowledge of sustainable design practices.

• Familiarity with local and international design trends.
