Location: Wardha Road, Nagpur
Experience: 5 to 7 years
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Employment Type: Full-time (11.00am- 8.00pm)

About the Company

A leading real estate developer in Nagpur is looking for an experienced Architect to manage the planning, design, approvals, and execution of residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare concept designs, architectural layouts, sanction drawings, and working drawings.

• Develop detailed plans in accordance with client requirements, building codes, and local authority regulations.

• Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and interior consultants to ensure seamless project execution.

• Handle project approvals and coordinate with government authorities, including NMRDA, Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC), Town Planning, and other statutory bodies.

• Ensure compliance with RERA guidelines, National Building Code (NBC), and applicable development control regulations.

• Conduct site inspections to ensure construction aligns with approved drawings and design specifications.

• Review contractor drawings, material selections, and design changes during execution.

• Prepare BOQs, design documentation, and technical specifications.

• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and project management teams to ensure timely project completion.

• Resolve design and execution-related issues throughout the project lifecycle.

• Support management in planning new residential and commercial developments.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory)

• Working knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or 3D visualization tools

• Strong understanding of building bye-laws, DCR, NBC, and RERA regulations

• Experience in sanction drawings and approval processes

• Knowledge of construction materials and execution methodologies

• Excellent planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)

• Registration with the Council of Architecture (COA) is preferred

• Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate projects

Preferred Candidate

• Experience with builders, developers, or real estate companies.

• Hands-on experience in obtaining project approvals and coordinating with statutory authorities.

• Ability to independently manage projects from concept to completion.

• Immediate joiners or candidates serving a short notice period will be preferred.

Compensation

• Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)

• Location: Wardha Road, Nagpur
