Job Description:

As a Junior Architect, you will support senior architects in the design, planning, and execution of architectural projects. You will be responsible for assisting in the development of design concepts, creating detailed drawings, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and within the required specifications. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in architecture and construction.

Roles & Responsibilities:

 Design Leadership: Lead and develop innovative architectural designs for various projects, ensuring creativity, functionality, and compliance with regulations.

 Team Supervision: Manage and mentor junior architects (if Senior Architect), providing guidance throughout the design and execution phases.

 Client Interaction: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored architectural solutions.

 Project Management: Oversee all phases of projects, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and in line with client expectations.

 Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.

 Quality Control: Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction quality and design implementation.

Skills Required:

 Must: AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion, MS Office, Enscape, V-Ray

 Additional If any: Twin Motion, Revit and any other Architectural Software
