Architect

Scope of Work & Responsibilities:

As part of your defined role, you will be responsible for supporting Brand Vincitore and all its associated projects and verticals, with key responsibilities across architectural drawings, interior design development, and coordination with internal and external teams to ensure seamless delivery.

• Develop innovative interior design concepts that align with the project's vision, brand identity, functionality, and budget.

• Prepare space planning, layout drawings, mood boards, material palettes, and detailed design presentations for approvals and execution as per brief.

• Select and specify finishes, materials, furniture, lighting, fixtures, and accessories while ensuring quality, aesthetics, and cost efficiency.

• Coordinate with Internal Project team all department to ensure seamless integration of all interior design elements.

• Need to travel to Conduct site visits and monitor design execution to ensure the completed

work matches the approved design intent, quality standards, and project timelines.

• Prepare detailed architectural and interior working drawingsin AutoCAD based on approved

designs and concepts.

• Support the 3D visualization team by providing accurate layouts and elevations in CAD, accelerating the 3D development process.

• Ensure precision in area calculations and measurement accuracy, aligned with the project’s specifications and quality standards.

• Maintain quick turnaround times(TAT) and ensure task delivery within set project timelines.

• Manage and complete assigned daily tasks consistently to avoid project delays.

• Coordinate with the Project Execution Team and the India-based Design Team to create required layouts, sections, and detailed elevations in AutoCAD whenever needed.

• Initiate detailed interior design references customized to each project’s needs, ensuring swift development.

• Communicate with the 3D team to ensure interior outputs match the shared vision and reference designs.

• Hand-on work on 3D Max for Modelling, lighting (Carona) & rendering as required to support team

• Support in D5 software as required to team

• Rendering in 3D Studio Max and post-production in Photo shop as required and to support team

• You will have to travel for project related work International and National as and when required.

• Also be prepared to travel on short notice as depending on the project requirement.

Shop Designing

• Prepare and develop detailed shop drawings in accordance with approved design drawings, project specifications, and applicable standards.

• Coordinate with consultants, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure all shop drawings are accurate and approved before execution.
• Review and incorporate design revisions depending on site conditions, and consultant comments

into shop drawings, ensuring timely updates and document control.

• Support the execution team by providing technical clarifications, resolving drawing-related issues, and ensuring the approved shop drawings are followed during construction as and when required

• It is a Full Time Architect / Interior Designer job for candidates with 6+ years of experience.
