Job Title: Architect (1–3 Years Experience)

Location: Punjabi Bagh
Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Experience Required: 1 to 3 Years

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect with 1–3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in designing, planning, and overseeing construction projects while ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing architectural designs and concepts
Prepare drawings, layouts, and 3D models using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp,D5 or Rhino
Collaborate with senior architects, engineers, and project teams
Conduct site visits and ensure project execution aligns with designs
Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and provide design solutions
Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
Support in preparing project documentation and presentations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
1–3 years of relevant work experience
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp,Photoshop, Rhino, or similar design tools
Basic knowledge of building materials and construction techniques
Strong creativity and attention to detail
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to manage time and meet project deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in residential or commercial projects
Understanding of sustainable design practices
