Roles & Responsibilities-

-  Research & Support: Assists with precedent studies, gathering material samples, organizing specifications, and creating presentation mood boards.
- Planning & Development: Help schematic planning and advancing the design through 3D development.

- Production Assistance: Preparing drawing sets and GFCs under guidance during the detailed production phases.
- Documentation & Organization: Assists the Project Lead by taking meeting notes and organizing initial project data. 

Skills & Qualifications-

-AutoCAD: Strong proficiency in drafting, detailed drawings, working drawings, and precise technical documentation.
-SketchUp: Ability to create accurate 3D massing, conceptual models, and design iterations with efficient workflow.

-D5 / Enscape: Skilled in producing high-quality real-time renderings, walkthroughs, and visual presentations for client approvals.

-Rhino: Experience with complex forms, parametric design, and advanced 3D modeling for conceptual and design development stages.

-MS Office: Competence in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reports, schedules, presentations, and coordination documents.

-AI Tools: Understanding and usage of AI-assisted design tools for visualization, ideation, documentation, and improving workflow efficiency.
