Architect

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Architect with a strong background in interior design projects. The ideal candidate will lead project teams, develop creative and functional design concepts, manage client relationships, and oversee the execution of high-end interior projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design development for interior architecture projects including concept creation, space planning, and detailing.

• Supervise and guide junior architects and design team members on technical and design aspects.

• Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and present design proposals, mood boards, and 3D visualizations.

• Oversee project lifecycle — from initial design and approvals to construction and final handover.

• Prepare and review detailed drawings, working drawings, construction documents, and BOQs.

• Conduct site visits to ensure design intent, quality, and timelines are being maintained.

• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and project managers to ensure smooth project execution.

• Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Monitor budgets and project schedules, ensuring design and construction stay on track.

• Mentor team members and contribute to design innovation and best practices within the company.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture.

• 2+ years of experience in architecture with a focus on interior design projects.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape,Photoshop, and MS Office.

• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of interior and architectural projects.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.

• Deep understanding of materials, finishes, furniture, and construction detailing.

• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and deliver under deadlines.

Preferred:

• Experience with high-end residential, commercial, or hospitality interiors.

• Knowledge of local building regulations and construction processes.
