Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage interior and exterior fit-out projects for commercial spaces such as offices, retail outlets, restaurants, and corporate facilities. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in project planning, execution, vendor coordination, and client communication, ensuring timely and quality project delivery within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and oversee all phases of interior and exterior fit-out projects from initiation to handover.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and contractors to ensure design intent and project specifications are met.

• Prepare project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.

• Manage procurement, material approvals, and vendor negotiations.

• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety and design standards.

• Identify and resolve project issues, delays, and risks proactively.

• Ensure all documentation, drawings, and change orders are properly managed and recorded.

• Lead and motivate on-site teams, subcontractors, and vendors to achieve project goals.

• Provide regular progress reports to management and clients.

• Ensure final project handover and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

• 3–5 years of experience managing commercial interior and exterior projects.

• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction techniques.

• Proven track record in project scheduling, budgeting, and vendor management.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, Excel, and project management tools.

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in corporate office fit-outs, retail, or hospitality projects.

• Knowledge of MEP coordination and site execution.

• PMP or equivalent certification (optional but preferred).

• Local language is must
