• Design and plan building structures, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and safety.

• Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, 3D models, and presentations.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and design preferences.

• Work closely with engineers, contractors, and project managers during the planning and execution phases.

• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to approved designs.

• Prepare working drawings, construction details, and BOQs (Bill of Quantities).

• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.

• Suggest innovative design ideas and material selections to enhance project quality.

• Manage multiple projects and ensure timely completion within the budget.

• Coordinate with vendors and consultants for smooth project execution.

Key Skills Required:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office.

• Strong design visualization and technical drawing skills.

• Good understanding of materials, construction techniques, and site execution.

• Strong communication and coordination abilities.

• Creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
