Job Title: Lead Architect – Luxury Real Estate
Location: Thane, Maharashtra
Experience: 10+ years (3–5 years in leadership role)
Reports To: VP Projects
Job Summary:
We are hiring a Lead Architect to lead design and execution of luxury residential and mixed-use projects in Thane. The role involves managing a small architecture team, ensuring high-end design quality, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to deliver premium real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead architectural design from concept to execution for luxury projects
Manage and mentor a team of 3 architects
Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants
Ensure compliance with local building codes and approvals
Maintain design quality, innovation, and brand standards
Present design concepts to senior management and stakeholders
Requirements:
B.Arch (Master’s preferred), COA registration mandatory
10+ years of experience in architecture with luxury/high-rise projects
Strong portfolio in residential/mixed-use developments
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite
Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills
Good knowledge of Mumbai/Thane DCR and regulations
Preferred:
Experience with luxury materials and international consultants
Strong design sensibility and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
