Architect

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Prepare 2D drawings and layouts for building projects using CAD software

· Develop 3D models and visualizations using SketchUp

· Create presentation drawings using CorelDRAW (optional but preferred)

· Assist architects and engineers in design development and revisions

· Modify drawings as per client or project requirements

· Ensure drawings comply with basic building codes and standards

· Maintain drawing files and proper documentation

· Support site teams with design clarifications when required

Required Skills:

· Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)

· Working knowledge of SketchUp

· CorelDRAW – optional

· Basic understanding of building layouts, plans, sections & elevations

· Good visualization skills and attention to detail

· Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks

Tools/ Software Required:
Mandatory

AutoCAD – For 2D building drawings, plans, sections, and elevations

SketchUp – For basic to intermediate 3D modelling and visualization

Optional / Added Advantage

CorelDRAW – For presentation drawings and layout preparation

MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) – For documentation and basic coordination

Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma / Degree in: Architecture or Civil Engineering or Interior Design or Draftsman ship or related field

Experience Required: Fresher or Experienced
Working Hours: 9 am to 6pm
