Job time 09:30 - 18:30 hrs.

Core Architectural/Civil Drawing Skills:

❖ Architectural Drawing Comprehension:

➢ Ability to interpret and understand architectural drawings, including residential project floor plans, elevations,

and sections.

❖ Architectural Drawing Expertise:

➢ Proficiency in preparing and understanding residential, commercial and plotting project building and common

area drawings. This includes:

▪ Presentation drawings incorporating Vastu principles.

▪ Working floor plans, sections, and elevations.

▪ Detailed drawings such as working, centerline, electrical, sleeves and all required civil drawings.

❖ Quantity Surveying and Area Calculations:

➢ Capability to perform accurate work area calculations and material quantity estimations for civil and finishing

materials.

❖ Structural Drawing Analysis:

➢ Ability to understand structural drawings and conduct reviews in conjunction with architectural plans.

❖ Structural Drawing Proficiency:

➢ Knowledge of required structural drawings for residential and commercial projects, including:

▪ Foundation plans.

▪ Floor plans with beam sizes.

▪ Sections and column size plans with detailed specifications.

❖ Corporation Drawing Compliance:

➢ Understanding and ability to work with corporation drawing requirements, encompassing:

▪ Main sheet calculations.

▪ FSI/built-up area calculations.

▪ Margins as per norms.

▪ COP area, approach, and parking calculations.

▪ Refuge area, floor height, ramp, and staircase width requirements.

❖ MEP Drawing Knowledge:

➢ Familiarity with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) drawings, including fire safety, HVAC,

plumbing, and electrical systems.

Interior Design Skills:

• Interior Drawing Expertise:

o Proficiency in creating and interpreting interior drawings for residential and commercial projects.

• Residential Interior Detailing:

o Experience in detailed interior work for residential projects, including flats, passages, foyers and

amenities.

• Interior Standard Requirements:

o Knowledge of standard interior design requirements, including:

▪ Furniture requirements (height, size, and material selection).

• Amenities Interior Design:

o Ability to design amenity interiors for residential projects according to specific requirements.

• Vastu Compliance:

o Understanding of Vastu requirements for residential flats.

Technical Proficiency:

• Software Proficiency:

o Advanced working knowledge of AutoCAD and Excel.

• Measurement Conversion:

o Ability to accurately convert between feet, millimeters and meters.

• Consistent Units:

o Ability to work consistently in mm and meters.

Note: Independent drawings are not prepared separately, as we have both architectural and structural consultants

involved in the process. All drawings need to be reviewed and verified in coordination with them. Any necessary

changes will be requested from the respective consultant to ensure the best possible outcome.

• It is a Full Time Architect / Interior Designer job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
