Key Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management:

  Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and developers. 

• Needs Assessment:

  Understand and analyze client business processes and specific requirements to identify potential opportunities for your products or services. 

• Product Promotion:

  Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate clients on the benefits and features of your offerings. 

• Solution Development:

  Collaborate with clients to design and propose appropriate solutions that align with their project needs and the company's capabilities. 

• Proposal & Contract Negotiation:

  Prepare and submit quotes, technical proposals, and contracts, and negotiate terms with clients to close deals. 

• Technical Expertise:

  Provide technical knowledge and support, acting as a bridge between technical and sales teams to ensure client needs are met. 

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  Work with internal teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing, to influence product roadmaps and align sales strategies. 

• Market Intelligence:

  Stay updated on industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge. 

• Sales Reporting:

  Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and track progress towards achieving sales targets.
