Coordinate all phases of interior design projects from concept through completion.
Serve as the main point of contact between clients, vendors, contractors, and the design team.
Create and maintain project schedules, timelines, and documentation.
Assist with procurement of materials, furnishings, and finishes.
Prepare and track purchase orders, invoices, and delivery timelines.
Support the design team with CAD drawings, mood boards, and presentation materials.
Conduct site visits and coordinate with contractors to ensure project timelines are met.
Monitor project budgets and report variances to project managers.
Ensure adherence to design standards, building codes, and client expectations.
Organize and attend client meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in interior design project coordination.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong understanding of materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and vendor coordination.
