Architect

We are looking for a Architect to join our team Nirmaan Associates Architects to design and execute functional, aesthetic and budget-friendly spaces. The role involves planning layouts, selecting materials, overseeing construction work and coordinating with vendors and clients. The position offers an in-hand salary of Rs 25000 and opportunities to work on creative design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create architectural/interior design concepts and layouts.

• Work on 2D drawings using CAD software.

• Preparation of Detail Drawings.

• Making 3d on sketchup , rendering presentation drawings on Photoshop.

• Visit sites and supervise work as per design plans.

• Meet clients and understand their space and style preferences.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma in Architecture and 1-2 yrs working with architecture firm only. Applicants must be proficient in tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp or 3Ds Max and have a strong knowledge of design, detailing and stone/marble.
