Job Description

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Architect to join our team working on luxury villa and resort developments.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both design and execution, and wants to be closely involved in building high-quality, experiential real estate projects.

Role Overview

You will work closely with the core team on design development, site coordination, and execution, ensuring that our projects maintain a strong design language while being practical on ground.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Planning

• Assist in architectural design, layout planning, and concept development

• Prepare working drawings, presentations, and design documentation

• Collaborate with consultants and internal teams

Site Coordination

• Visit site regularly (Roha/Kolad) to monitor progress and execution

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams

• Ensure design intent is maintained during execution

Software & Tools

• Work on AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, or similar tools

• Use design + visualization software effectively for presentations

• Leverage AI tools where useful for design, productivity, or visualization

### Ideal Candidate

• 1–3 years of experience in architecture (real estate / villas / hospitality preferred)

• Strong interest in luxury residential and resort-style development

• Comfortable with site visits and on-ground problem solving

• Good understanding of materials, detailing, and execution

• Open to learning, experimenting, and taking ownership

Work Structure

• Base location: CBD Belapur (Office)

• Regular site visits to Roha/Kolad

• Flexible working days depending on site requirements
