Architect

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and motivated Architect Designer

(Fresher) to join our growing team. The candidate will assist senior architects

and designers in conceptual planning, detailing, technical drawings, 2D

drafting, 3D visualization and project coordination. This is an excellent

opportunity for fresher to gain hands-on experience in architecture, interior

design and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

 Prepare architectural concepts, layouts, floor plans and design

presentations.

 Develop detailed working drawings for architectural and interior

projects.

 Prepare technical drawings including plans, elevations, sections, joinery

details and construction details.

 Assist in creating GFC drawings (Good for Construction) and execution

drawings.

 Prepare furniture layouts, ceiling layouts, electrical layouts, plumbing

layouts and finishing details.

 Work on 2D drafting and 3D modelling using design software.

 Support site team with drawings, revisions and technical clarifications.

 Coordinate with consultants, vendors, contractors and internal teams.

 Conduct site visits for measurements and project understanding when

required.

 Ensure drawings comply with design standards, building codes and client

requirements.

 Assist in preparing BOQ, material selection and project documentation.

Required Skills:

 Strong knowledge of architectural detailing and drafting.

 Basic understanding of construction methods and materials.

 Good design sense and creativity.

 Attention to detail and accuracy in drawings.

 Good communication and teamwork skills.

 Ability to learn quickly and work under deadlines.

Qualification:

 Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Architecture

Joining:

 Immediate joining preferred.
