Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and creative Architect to join our Design Department. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sensibility, technical proficiency, and the ability to translate concepts into executable and well-detailed designs.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office.

• Strong understanding of design principles, detailing, and spatial planning.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.

• Aesthetic sense and ability to visualize spaces creatively.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and develop architectural designs, schemes, and presentation materials.

• Prepare working drawings, layouts, and 3D visualizations.

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders during design and execution.

• Conduct site visits to monitor work progress and design compliance.

• Assist in project documentation, material selection, and specification.

• Research sustainable and innovative design solutions.

• Support senior architects in client presentations and project reviews

• It is a Full Time Architect / Interior Designer job for candidates with 6 months - 4 years of experience.
