JOB DESCRIPTION FOR ARCHITECT

Responsible for the planning & design of multiple projects, and deliver the project objectives

Ø  Prepare project brief and design briefs

Ø  Posses Strong Design and drafting skills using AutoCad, Hands on experience in Sketchup, Revit, 3d Studio, Adobe Photoshop will be added advantage

Ø  Capable to handle multiple projects.

Ø  Capable to draft architectural drawings with high quality Detailing.

Ø  Must have strong skills in Photo realistic Rendering.

Ø  Cordial Coordination with client and other project associates throughout the project  design and construction stage.

Ø  Need to have knowledge about MEP and structural design.

Ø  Should have experience in design and documentation and error reporting procedures

Ø  Develop specifications, sample approvals, etc

Ø  Keep all construction drawings and documents in order
