Architect

Job Summary

As an Architect at Krsnaa Diagnostics, you will play a key role in planning, designing, and executing architectural solutions for diagnostic centers and support facilities. You will work closely with engineering, facility operations, and project management teams to ensure functional, compliant, and aesthetically optimized clinical spaces.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Planning

• Create architectural plans, elevations, and layouts for diagnostic centers, labs and supporting facilities.

• Develop 2D/3D drawings and models using CAD/BIM tools.

• Assist in space planning to optimize workflow, patient movement, and accessibility.

Documentation & Compliance

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings/specifications.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare norms, building codes, safety standards, and local regulations (e.g., fire, accessibility, NABH/NABL requirements).

• Coordinate with statutory authorities for plan approvals.

Project Coordination

• Coordinate with civil engineers, MEP teams, contractors, and vendors during execution.

• Monitor project progress to ensure design intent, quality, and timelines are met.

• Support site inspections and quality assurance.

Technical Support

• Prepare material specifications, finishes, and interior details relevant to clinical applications.

• Address technical queries from contractors or teams during construction.

Cost & Time Management

• Assist in cost estimation for architectural components.

• Support project managers in tracking schedules and deliverables.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent)

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in architectural design, preferably with exposure to institutional or healthcare projects.

• Strong knowledge of architectural drafting and design principles.

 Skills & Knowledge

✔AutoCAD (mandatory)
✔ Revit or other BIM software (preferred)
✔ Knowledge of spatial planning and ergonomics
✔ Basic understanding of structural, electrical, and MEP coordination
✔ Awareness of healthcare building regulations (advantageous)
✔ Good communication and collaboration skills
✔ Attention to detail and design accuracy
