Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Architect / PMC professional with strong expertise in interior fit-out, civil construction, and site supervision for a hospital building project.

The candidate will be responsible for overseeing project execution, coordinating with consultants and contractors, ensuring quality and safety standards, and monitoring project progress as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor civil construction and interior fit-out activities at the project site.

• Review architectural drawings, BOQs, specifications, and shop drawings to ensure proper execution.

• Coordinate with the client, consultants, contractors, vendors, MEP teams, and other stakeholders.

• Ensure construction and interior works are executed as per approved designs, drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

• Monitor site progress and ensure activities are completed within the agreed project timelines.

• Coordinate closely with MEP services to ensure proper integration with architectural and interior works.

• Identify and resolve site-related technical issues and coordinate corrective actions.

• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure workmanship and materials meet the required standards.

• Monitor contractor and subcontractor performance and ensure efficient utilization of resources.

• Review material samples, mock-ups, finishes, and workmanship before approval/execution.

• Ensure compliance with hospital-specific construction, safety, hygiene, and infection-control requirements.

• Maintain daily/weekly progress reports, inspection reports, snag lists, and other project documentation.

• Track project milestones and highlight delays, risks, and deviations to the concerned stakeholders.

• Coordinate snagging, rectification, and final handover activities.

• Ensure all works are completed in accordance with approved drawings and project requirements.

Requirements

• 6–7 years of relevant experience in architecture, interior fit-out, civil construction,site supervision, or PMC.

• Strong knowledge of architectural execution, interior fit-out, civil works, andMEP coordination.

• Experience in handling contractors, consultants, vendors, and multiple project stakeholders.

• Good understanding of construction materials, finishes, specifications, and quality standards.

• Familiarity with PMC processes, project documentation, and site coordination.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project, and other relevant project management tools.

• Strong communication, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently at site and manage multiple activities simultaneously.

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and ensure timely project completion.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design,

• Construction Management, or a related field.

• Previous experience working with a Project Management Consultancy (PMC).

• Experience in hospital, healthcare, commercial, or large-scale interior fit-out projects.

• Knowledge of hospital-specific safety, hygiene, and infection-control standards.

• It is a Full Time Architect / Interior Designer job for candidates with 5 - 6+ years Experience.
