Job Title: Interior Site Engineer Department: Projects / Execution Company: Homzinterio Location: Site-based (Residential Projects) Job Summary The Interior Site Engineer at Homzinterio is responsible for end-to-end execution of residential interior projects, ensuring adherence to approved designs, quality standards, timelines, and cost controls. The role involves close coordination with designers, vendors, contractors, and clients to deliver high-quality interior projects. Key Responsibilities Site Execution & Project Management • Manage daily site activities for residential interior projects • Execute work as per approved drawings, BOQs, and specifications • Monitor timelines and ensure timely project completion • Prepare and submit daily/weekly site progress reports Quality Control • Ensure execution quality for carpentry, modular installations, false ceiling, painting, electrical, plumbing, flooring, and finishes • Conduct regular quality inspections at each stage of work • Identify and resolve execution-related issues promptly Vendor & Contractor Coordination • Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and modular installers • Ensure manpower availability as per project schedules • Monitor contractor performance and site compliance Material Management • Verify material receipt as per BOQ and project requirements • Ensure proper material usage, storage, and wastage control • Coordinate with procurement for timely material supply Client Coordination • Act as the site-level point of contact for clients • Provide regular project updates • Address site-related concerns professionally to ensure client satisfaction Safety & Compliance • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company SOPs • Maintain site discipline, cleanliness, and documentation Handover & Closure • Prepare snag lists and ensure timely rectifications • Coordinate final inspections and project handover • Support documentation required for project closure Required Skills & Competencies • Strong knowledge of residential interior execution • Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs • Knowledge of materials, finishes, hardware, and fittings • Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously Educational Qualification (Mandatory)• B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Interior Design only Experience • 2–5 years of experience in residential interior site execution • Experience in turnkey interior projects preferred Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Timely project completion • Quality adherence • Client satisfaction • Material wastage control • Vendor performance
